What is Ticketola?

We are a fan to fan ticket exchange - an online marketplace where concert and festival tickets can be bought and sold. We are not a ticket agency, we have no affiliation to any third party ticket agencies or concert/festival promoters and we do not sell tickets on our own behalf.

At ticketola, every transaction is safe and secure. As well as making it easy to buy or sell your tickets, we ensure their prompt delivery to our buyers and that our sellers always get paid. We also have systems in place which guarantee that our members will not suffer any loss due to fraud or malpractice.

What kind of tickets can I list at Ticketola?

Just concert and festival tickets; we do not accept listings for sports or theatre tickets.

Is it legal to resell tickets?

Yes, it is completely legal to resell concert and festival tickets.

Do I have to register at the site before I buy or sell tickets?

Yes, you must be a registered member of ticketola before you can list tickets that you wish to sell, or buy tickets from other members. However, you can still browse the listings if you are a new visitor or if you are not logged in to your account.

When I register, do I have to agree to your Terms & Conditions of membership?

Yes, all members are subject to the same Terms & Conditions. Just click here to view our Terms & Conditions in full.

What kind of information do I have to provide during registration?

It only takes a few minutes to register your details and create a ticketola account. You will be asked to provide your full name, address and contact details.

Will other members see the information that I provide during registration?

No, the information that you provide will never be revealed to other members without your permission. However, if you buy tickets, your address and/or email address will be sent to the seller via electronic mail so that your tickets can be delivered to the correct destination.

Can I change any of the information that I provide during registration?

Yes, you can change your password, address and contact details at any time. You must log in to your account to make any changes.

Does it cost anything to create an account?

It is 100% free to register as a member. You will only be charged service fees if you actually buy or sell tickets. These service fees are clearly explained in our Help For Sellers and Help For Buyers sections.

How do I log in to my account?

You can access your account via a combination of your email address and a password which you choose when you register your details at this site.

What happens if I lose my password?

You can request an email containing your access codes at any time. Just enter your email address into the relevant box that you’ll see on the login page.

How do I close my account?

You can close your account at any time. Just email us via the Contact Us page, let us know your account details and we’ll shut down your membership for you.

What happens to my personal information if I close my account?

We do not archive any personal information that you have provided during registration. When you request that your account be closed, your personal information is permanently deleted from our database.

Can a closed account be reactivated in the future?

No, once your account has been closed, it cannot be reactivated again. We would only recommend that you close your account if you are certain that you will not be using ticketola again in the future.

Can I open more than one account at Ticketola?

There is no reason to do that as you can buy and sell as many tickets as you like via one account.

Are there any restrictions on the number of tickets that I can buy or sell?

No, once you are a registered member of ticketola, you can buy and sell as many tickets as you like.

Can I contact buyers and sellers directly?

No, the privacy and anonymity of our members must be respected at all times. Certain contact/shipping details are only exchanged after a transaction to purchase tickets has occurred.

Can I swap tickets with other members?

No, all tickets that are listed for sale have a monetary value and can only be purchased at the prices that are specified by our sellers.

Who owns Ticketola?

Ticketola is a trading name of Not Just Another Dot Com Company Ltd (Company Number 4482887) and is based in London in the UK.
