We know that buying tickets online can be a tricky business and that many site operators do not offer their buyers the protection that we believe they are entitled to.

And that's why when you buy your tickets at ticketola, we guarantee that you will be fully refunded under any of the following circumstances:

1. If the seller does not proceed with the sale after you have paid for your tickets
2. If your tickets do not arrive in time for the event
3. If the tickets you purchase are not genuine
4. If you have chosen the Fan Guarantee * option and the event you have purchased tickets for is cancelled and not re-scheduled.

*When you buy tickets, you will be offered the option of our Fan Guarantee policy (which costs £1.50 + VAT) which entitles you to a full refund if the event is cancelled and not re-scheduled.
